Lawn care is included for all apartments. MOST apartments/duplexes include water, but not all. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Single family homes tenant is responsible for all utilities as well as lawn. We ask that you drive by the property prior to calling and scheduling a tour. Rental Requirments:
-tenants must bring home 3x the rental amount monthly in their take home pay
-NO evictions, no judgements (we will check current and pending cases too)
